VODAFONE NZ MUSIC AWARDS AND VODKA GIVEAWAY
1."Promoter" is 42 Below Limited. "Event" is the Vodafone NZ Music Awards.
2. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms to qualify.
3. Entry open to NZ residents, 18 years old or more. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age identification where appropriate. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotional period ("Promotional Period") is 1st August 2009 to 30 August 2009.
5. To enter prize draw, entrants must fill out provided registration form. One entry per person. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered in the prize draw.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions.
7. Ten prizes to be awarded of a double pass to the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards 2009 and 1x 700ml bottle of 42BELOW Pure vodka ("the Prize").
8. Winners are responsible for the organisation and cost of their transport to and from the Event and any ancillary costs in relation to attending the Event.
9. Prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 1st September. First 10 valid entries drawn will win the Prize. The winners will be notified by email and winners' names will be published on www.42below.com. If the Promoter is unable to contact the prize winner within 7 days of the draw, despite making reasonable efforts to do so, another winner will be drawn.
10. The Event takes place Thursday 8 October 2009.
11. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and can not be taken as cash. If any of the winners cannot accept the Prize on the proposed date, then that initial winner will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected in their place.
12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
13.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. The winner and the winner's friend agree that the Promoter may use their name, image and/or any other record of their participation in the Event in any press releases, advertisements, television, radio, film, documentary or online or in any other publication or media without their prior consent. The winner and the winner's friend agree to waive any rights and/or fees in respect of appearance in any such materials.
15. The Promoter has the right to revise, modify, amend or cancel any part of the Event at any time.
16. The winner and the winner's friend understand that the Promoter operates within a framework of Corporate Social Responsibility and the winner and the winner's friend are expected to maintain a reasonable standard of behaviour, including, without limitation, drinking in a socially responsible manner, during the Event.
